Jerry Fontenot will move from running backs coach to tight ends coach for 2012, while Ben McAdoo will switch from tight ends coach to quarterbacks coach. Moss had a troubled 2010 season. It began with the New England Patriots, but bitterness over his contract situation -- he was in the final year of his deal -- led to an October 6 trade to the Minnesota Vikings, the team for which he started his career. Less than a month later, Moss was claimed off waivers by the Tennessee Titans.

 

Following his first stint with the Vikings, Moss played two years with the Oakland Raiders before joining the Patriots, who acquired the wide receiver for a fourth-round pick in the 2007 draft.

 

In his first season with New England, Moss set an NFL record with 23 touchdown receptions.

 

Prior to his stint at MetLife -- home to both the New York Giants and Jets -- Lamping spent 13 years as president of the St. Louis Cardinals, overseeing a team which won a World Series title in 2006.

 

Morgantown, WV (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - Chicago Bears linebacker J.T. Thomas was arrested and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana after he was pulled over early Monday morning going the wrong way on a one-way street. Thomas was stopped at 3:55 a.m. in Morgantown, according to West Virginia MetroNews Network.

 

The criminal complaint says Thomas pulled a bundle from his glove compartment after he was asked to provide his registration and it contained two plastic bags of a green leafy substance that appeared to be marijuana, according to the report.
